She used to be thin in her school days and her friends used to make fun of her. She used to be bullied sometimes by her senior for her thin legs so she decided to go in gym and work on herself and after lots of unconditional hardwork she made her body like this. In the starting of her fitness era in 2010 when she came she didn’t have any idea that what to do but later, she knew everything after learning about her muscle building. she got to know about her own muscle building programs and owned her body.
Gym training:
Her schedule of workout is quite tough but too much simple. she mainly focuses on her legs, glutes . She also said that when she started exercising in gym she didn’t have idea about reps sets she did whatever she thought at that time but when she started learning about the things then she knew about the correct muscle building then she owned her own workout routine and also she makes her own.
Achievements:
Currently she doesn’t have any plan regarding competitions she focuses and enjoys her own life and she is getting herself ready for the upcoming competitions in which she will participate in future.
Diet:
She doesnt like dieting much but she usually takes hig nutrition food while exercising and high calories so that unwanted fat will not store in her body. she usually eats meat, chicken, lean protein her dieting is not too much but gives higher and strong result.
